The arch stretches away into the distance, providing a massive, powerful backdrop to contrast Oprah's more personal performance area.

The two clients, Gaga and Oprah, descend into a lush, natural setting, providing an escape from the completely artificial constructions above that power requires.

Gaga's office, located below Oprah's performance area, gives a view of both the valley below and also any people coming to watch her performance.

Oprah's office, below Gaga's stage, provides complete privacy to balance her intensely social performances.

The elevator respects the power and influence of it's clients by giving them each a secluded section to stand on, while not completely distancing them from each other.

Note: The elevators are contained in a single element, but the element has two halves.

An excessively steep valley I like the look of, but didn't provide much space for a bridge.

A Mt. St. Helens/ general lava-flow landscape I tried, but dropped in favour of the blood gulch one.
